But I'm giving myself a treat by taking leave on this Friday. I'm going to stay at home to stitch up some things, hopefully buy some stuffings to finish my pillows and some other ornaments I want to make. I'm already looking forward to Friday...I wished I had 48 hours, 4 pairs of hands to sew. From the rate I'm going, I will have problems making enough gifts.

My colleagues, Tracy, Mei Li and Cheryl gave me a birthday card and a shopping voucher at Metro, which I will use it to buy myself a wallet this coming weekend when I go to town. Cheryl then bought me a pretty pink colour flower which I put it at my workstation and it brightens up my day. My team mates bought me a cake and celebrated for me. Juliana came to know about my birthday when Katherine came over to me and slapped me real hard at my back and said, "Happy Birthday", that's when Juliana heard. She then gave me a card and a cute yellow colour bag.

I came home and had a quiet dinner with my mom. She cooked something simple which is good because I have been ill and don't have much appetite anyway.
