2001-12-01 ~ 12:41 a.m. ~ All about xmas pillows
I really want to write something before I head to bed. I felt accomplished today, because I did a lot of sewing. I think I can finish the xmas pillow tomorrow. I went to buy the fiberfill which I will use it for the pillow tomorrow. I think that packet of 200 grams could probably make about 3-4 pillows. I'll have to see. I also had to buy a bday card for Tracy whose bday falls on 4th Dec. So I think the leave was well spent. It takes me about a week to make 1 pillow, so from the rate I'm going, I can only accomplish about 3 more, because xmas comes. I'll have to work harder. I hope I can make at least 5, and that would mean I have to either sew faster, choose something more easier to sew or ..?? I really don't know how fast I can go. Suddenly I feel so pressurized to make a lot, and I'm turning myself into a pillow making machine, I have to tell myself to slow down and not give myself too much pressure. I have so much to do. I want to sew some xmas curtains for myself too. There were some nice fabrics I could buy, which were rather cheap. They would look great. That would probably take only a day or 2 to make, as I already had my Bernina machine, which is equivalent to well...Harry Porter's Nimbus 2000 broom stick. There is no reason for hand-sewing anymore. Amazing brand for a broom stick. It sounded more like some golf stick though. Hahaha.
