I’m feeling kind of evil recently. They organized a retreat for people to sign up, and it’s held at the hotel, but I’m wishing there are not many takers and so it is cancelled. It is a 2 days retreat and the first run is confirmed. I just don’t want the 2nd run to commence because it will mean 4 days out of office, work piling up, waiting for me to clean up a mess when I get back. I hate that. Seriously. I’m feeling lots of frustrations because:

1) A temp can’t do much even if she’s being employed to help me out temporary.

2) I have to find time to teach the temp my work

3) Taking away portfolios from me when the project is only in Dec does not help out my work load.

4) Filling up paperwork after paperwork for some appraisal thingy is just for show. I spent the whole morning trying to fill up my work performance report.

Arghhh…
