Today, the girl came to my house again. I think my mom is really cool. I often think mothers are so incredible. More than usually, they welcome people into their homes with open arms. I am not sure how my mom feels about my brother spending more time outside now than home. But I think she was young once and knows that this is an inevitable stage. My mom does not go out of the way to impress anyone by cooking something fabulous. She wants people to have a true picture of it is like in our family. My mom also told me the girl likes sewing, but I told her she couldn’t be as obsessed as Auntie and me. My mom says who knows if she hangs around long enough and get to know us better.

I kind of like this girl. She looks sweet. She is a couple years younger than me. I haven’t had a chance to talk much to her though. I’m not that good in initiating conversation as well.

Let’s just see how it progresses.
