I went for the warm milk and honey treatment..hhmmm sounds delicious.

I liked the décor of the place. As I made my way up the stairs to the shop, the stairs were carpeted in beige, and crystal like beads were strewn over the stairs sporadically. When the light hits on them, they sparkled and shine. How interesting.

The salon was decorated in mostly milky white and mint-green colours. Very smoothing colour. I chose a sweet beigey pink colour for my feet called Nutmeg by Essie. Then I was seated on a white couch, and soaked my feet in a green porcelain basin, filled with warm milk and some orchid flowers. The lady then used matching green towels to work on my feet. She cut them to the appropriate length that I wanted, which is short since my nails grow so fast. She asked why I didn’t want long, I said I had to wear covered shoes at work, so I had to keep them short. She said it was a pity. Then she filed my nails, and applied some cuticle oil. I soaked my feet more, and she worked on my cuticles. She was very gentle, I liked that. After all is done, She applied a nice scrub on my feet, and then after the scrub, she put some body shop Nut (I think) body lotion on my 2 feet. Then she uses nail polish remover to remove the access lotion on my nails before applying the base, colour and top coat.

As I was wearing mules yesterday, I made sure my feet was completely dry before I put on my shoes. The lady boss I think served me some tea as I waited. I feel so pampered hehe!

Indeed, I like their treatments though it is a little pricey. But I have a good idea. I am thinking of buying some milk and treat myself to a foot soak twice monthly at home. I can learn from them too. Hehe..That is such a treat. Yup, I will make that a reward for myself.
