2004-03-26 ~ 7:20 p.m. ~ Coming June

It's been long enough. The truth is, there has been much decisions, options to play around. Anthony and I initially saw a beautiful condominium and wanted to flip it. We later found out why it was going so cheap at $65,000. There was going to be major renovation in the building and tenants would have to fork out the costs, to which the realtor at this moment have no idea. He could only do a rough estimation. So we skipped that. We looked at another, but after some careful consideration, we wanted to keep our resources for the quad. It was just a matter of when.

It was decided, we would get it this June. It would help in my cashflow when I move next year. It was something I needed, something to start churning while I'm still here.

Today, I called banks to ask about opening a foreign account. I spoke to 2 different customer service personnel and they were not very bright - they didn't know their products very well because I have got 2 different answers and one did not offer me any alternatives or solutions. But Anthony helped me to find out from his side. Before I left the office, I emailed the International Banking Section. Minutes later, I got a phone call, but I was away. I called her back about when I was leaving the office, and will get to talk to her about it tomorrow. I hope she has an idea of what I need and has something to offer me. Seriously I don't see why it is so different. I'll go to another bank if they can't do that.

Next, I will also have to source for air tickets. June, baby, when I'll finally have a property which I can call my own. :)
